Based on your needs, we prepare a detailed proposal with scope of work, timeline, and transparent pricing. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Agreement & Kickoff

Once you approve the proposal, we sign a simple service agreement and schedule your project kickoff date. You'll get a dedicated point of contact at Agapetec.

Implementation

Our team gets to work — building your website, deploying your phone system, setting up your network, or configuring your cloud infrastructure. We keep you updated at every step.

Training & Handoff

We train your team on how to use everything we've built. Administrators get full documentation and end users get hands-on walkthroughs.

Ongoing Support

Your dedicated support line is always open Monday–Saturday, 7AM–6PM. We handle monitoring, maintenance, updates, and any issues that come up — so you can focus on your business.

What We'll Need From You

To get your project started quickly, here's what we typically ask for upfront.

Domain credentials — Login for GoDaddy, Namecheap, or wherever your domain is registered

Business logo & branding — Your logo, brand colors, and any style preferences

Content & photos — Text, images, and any materials for your website or marketing

Network access — Physical or remote access to your office for network deployments

Point of contact — Someone on your team who can make decisions and provide feedback

Phone system details — Current phone provider info and number list for porting (for 3CX)

Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. We handle all the technical work. You just need to provide the information listed above and be available for feedback during the process.
What if I don't have a domain yet?
No problem — we'll help you register a domain through GoDaddy as part of our web design service. Domain registration is included in all web design packages.
Can I keep my current phone numbers?
Yes! We handle number porting from your current provider to 3CX. The process typically takes 1–2 weeks and we ensure zero downtime during the transition.
What happens if something goes wrong after deployment?
You have a dedicated support line at (940) 222-2258, available Monday–Saturday, 7AM–6PM. For critical issues, we offer priority response and on-site support when needed.
